MAY 2012: Eutopia working with Investors in People to secure accreditation
Eutopia has recently started working with Investors in People (http://www.investorsinpeople.co.uk) to secure accreditation for the organisation and to look at ways of further improving our offering to clients and candidates.
Investors in People specialises in transforming business performance .... through people. Its mission is to help companies achieve the results they want by focusing all their efforts on an organisation’s business objectives - and then acting as a ‘critical friend’ to ensure continuous improvement.
At the heart of Investors in People (IIP) is its ‘Standard’, a framework of best practice that is outcome-focused: it outlines what each business needs to achieve but never prescribes how, making it truly flexible regardless of a company’s size or sector.
Working with Investors in People means that Eutopia can now tailor its framework on the priorities of the business – and by utilising IIP’s range of free online tools and resources, will allow us to progress in our own way and at our own pace.
Finally, IIP’s independent assessments will track our progress and enable us to become an accredited Investors in People organisation, which we know will bring a wide range of benefits.
Eutopia CEO, Craig Coverman said: ‘At Eutopia, we are always looking for ways to improve our offering to clients and candidates. I’m delighted that we are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation like Investors in People, to develop our own framework for business improvement and excellence - and to help us as our business continues to rapidly expand.’
