OUR APPROACH … IS AS SIMPLE AS ABC
Advisory – means that we’re her to inform and advise, WE’RE NOT JUST ORDER TAKERS.
Our engagement model encourages us to advise you, both strategically and operationally, around the subject matter of talent. This could range from advising on strategic talent acquisition tactics (perhaps to take you in new directions or into new markets) or be as simple as re-engineering your recruitment processes, marketing collateral or overall Comp & Bens landscape to help you get the best people on the market.
Our goal, ultimately, is to help you increase revenues or EBIT, improve talent acquisition and retention statistics or simply to increase your ROI in our services. If we’re adding value, then we’re doing our job.
Boutique – means that we want to represent YOU, not the whole market (and certainly not your competitors).
Many of our competitors (if asked) work with the entire FTSE or NASDAQ Top 500 Companies. Our issue with this approach is … if you represent everyone, then who do you get your candidates from?
Our customer-centric approach, puts you at the very centre of our universe – a boutique approach to ‘people’, when everyone else talks about resource or commodities. When the rest of the market is rushing to low touch and portal driven recruitment, we’re unashamedly high touch and tailored in our approach.
One client best summed it up by describing us as “big enough to cope, small enough to care”. We like that and believe you will too.
Collaborative – means that by working in partnership with you, we create an unbeatable team.
Together, we’re better – an old saying and, yet, undeniable.
Our approach is always to work ‘with’ our clients – not a master/slave relationship but one of sharing information, collaboration and true partnership. This ethos allows us to truly get under the bonnet of our clients and, ultimately, to craft best-of-breed solutions solving any people-related issues they may have (see Client Services for further details).
And because we’re so in tune with our clients, many of these solutions involve Eutopia having ‘skin in the game’ – providing a greater ROI in people-related services.
